The area is generally made up of small communities with a few different styles of property including a few brand new developments, making the area very up and coming. Currently there are no amenities within a safe walking distance but the lovely town of San Miguel is only a short 5 minute drive away and Villamartin can also be easily accessed. The beaches of Campoamor and Mil Palmeras are the closest, also reached by car, and take around 15 minutes to arrive from the urbanisation. Alicante airport is roughly 45 minutes away.
