Please note that the listed price excludes sales tax, which is 10% in the Alicante region, or 8% for Spanish buyers under the age of 35, as well as notary, registry, solicitor fees and if required, mortgage fees, we recommend accounting for an additional 15% total cost when purchasing property in Spain.
For new-build properties, we have to take in to account that the 1.5% AJD tax is also applicable. 
Properties can be reserved by signing the reservation contract and making a reservation deposit of 5.000€ for resale and typically 10.000€ for new builds.
